2019 Membership Meetings
November 14th Membership Meeting Change – Instead of holding our regular November 14 member meeting we are asking members to attend the IWEA NARP Workshop being held on November 14 from 9AM-Noon in Joliet. This workshop is focused for any discharger (or consultant) that has a NARP or is likely to get a NARP in their NPDES permit. Everyone planning on attending is asked to register through IWEA by using the link below. We are encouraging all of our WWTP permittees to attend. We will resume our regularly scheduled meetings in 2020 with our Annual Meeting on January 9th.
Membership meetings are at 10AM at the Romeoville Village Hall, 1050 West Romeo Road, unless otherwise noted.
The Conservation Foundation is seeking an Environmental Scientist to join its Watershed Team. The Environmental Scientist will work as part of a team to implement basin assessment activities and the development of Nutrient Implementation Plans/Nutrient Assessment and Reduction Plans for three watershed groups. Additionally, the Environmental Scientist will assist with core activities including field sampling and database management. Click link below for job posting details and how to apply.
We ask that you please share the Environmental Scientist Job Posting within your networks and with anyone you think would be a good fit for the job.
Thanks and please submit any questions to Deanna Doohaluk (firstname.lastname@example.org).
